Scott C. Commander, Partner
Scott Commander has been practicing law in Atlanta since 1991. He
specializes in all aspects of complex civil litigation, including jury
trial practice in state and federal court, arbitration and mediation. He
has represented a wide range of victims of preventable injury and death,
including victims of catastrophic injury resulting in traumatic brain
injury and those seriously injured or killed in aviation disasters,
construction disasters, by defective products, in tractor-trailer and
automobile wrecks, through the negligence of the Georgia DOT, in dram shop
actions, premises liability actions, pedestrian accidents, motorcycle and
bicycle accidents. He has also defended physicians and hospitals in
numerous medical malpractice cases.

Theodore E.G. Pound, Partner
Ted Pound has been practicing law in Atlanta since 1982. His practice
focuses on civil litigation and trial practice in state and federal court,
including representation of plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of
personal injury cases. He has defended physicians and hospitals in hundreds
of medical malpractice cases; he has represented businesses on either side
of commercial disputes; he has handled numerous slip-and-fall, automotive
liability and products actions; he has represented catastrophically injured
plaintiffs in construction disasters; he has successfully resolved wrongful
death actions for the families of individuals fatally injured as the result
of others’ negligence.

Lori E. Jolly, Associate
Lori E. Jolly has been practicing law in Atlanta since 1999. Before moving
to Georgia, she practiced law in the Greenville-Spartanburg area in South
Carolina. Her practice focuses on civil litigation in state and federal
courts. She has represented victims of injury or death including, those
injured by defective products, automobile collisions, tractor-trailers
collisions, and victims of catastrophic injury resulting in traumatic brain
injury. She also has practiced juvenile criminal defense in the South
Carolina Family Courts system. Mrs. Jolly has represented both injured
individuals and medical professionals in medical malpractice claims.

Kathleen W. Simcoe, Associate
Kathy Simcoe is an active member of the Georgia and Florida Bars. She
began practicing law in Florida in 1982 and has been practicing law in
Georgia since 2006. Her practice focuses on civil litigation and trial
practice in state and federal courts in the areas of medical malpractice
defense, personal injury and wrongful death. She also has experience in
criminal defense, federal antitrust law, juvenile law and family law.
